SUP Yoga (Stand-up Paddle Board)
SUP yoga is stand up paddle board yoga. It involves practicing yoga on a stand up paddle board in the middle of water. Our SUP yoga classes are practiced in calm shallow waters at Surfers Beach, Active Sports Club, Angelochori, Thessaloniki.
Benefits of sup yoga include strengthens new muscles, relieves stress, increases flexibility and improves balance. This class gets you outside in the fresh air, listening to the sounds of water & nature while enjoying gorgeous scenery.
