Hatha yoga is the foundation of all yoga styles. It has a slow pace and great for beginners or those who want a more meditative practice. Hatha yoga connects breath, body and mind. Classes include pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (poses) and meditation.
Benefits include improved balance, body posture, strengthen core muscles, helps boost immunity, maintains a healthy heart, builds strong bones, encourages a positive outlook, improves memory and concentration while cultivating emotional balance. The spiritual benefits include purifying your mind and soul.
Class is 1 hr 15 min. Suitable for beginners and all levels.

Tuesday: 7pm Hatha Yoga (sunset beach yoga at Santa Beach, Neoi Epivates)
Thursday: 10am Hatha Yoga (garden yoga at Love Yoga Loft, Neoi Epivates)
Friday: 9am Hatha Yoga (Hyatt Regency Hotel gardens, Thessaloniki, near airport)
*Classes should be booked in advance
** Sunset Be ach Yoga classes are available from May to October
