Breathing is the basis of natural childbirth.

At each contraction you breathe in deeply and then breathe out into the Winner Flow. This exhalation, acting on the transverse abdominal muscles, induces gentle pressure behind the baby helping descent and delivery.

In the dilation phase: It is a relaxing support, inducing natural pain-relief without drugs, encouraging rapid dilation with increased pressure on the uterine neck. This enhances foetal engagement and improves presentation.

During the delivery phase: The Winner Flow improves oxygenation of the mother and baby, reducing the likelihood of stitches, medical or surgical intervention and makes delivery easier.
