Love Yoga Loft has been welcoming people of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities for 8 years. Our yoga community believes that yoga is for everybody - if you can breathe, you can do yoga.
Using the mind/body connection, we aim to use movement and breath as a way to heal and empower the self, giving you added physical and mental strength you never knew you had!
The journey of yoga is endless — it all starts with a pose and a thought and an awareness of breath, and expands into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth. We value each and every person who joins our Yoga Studio and we look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.
Yoga Loft offers outdoor, studio, online and pre-recorded classes for Hatha, iRest Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Pregnancy Yoga, SUP (stand-up paddle board) yoga, beach yoga, yoga holidays, get-away breaks and is a stockist of the WinnerFlow breathing device for natural birth and post-natal recovery.
